The unit consists of 1 Queen size bed, 1 Pull out bed which can turn into 2 single size beded and 2 Floor mattresses that can accommodate up to 6 people max!! Our unit is equipped with 100Mbps high speed internet , WiFi and Astro Njoi. Besides, this unit is fully equipped with amway water filter system to provide clean and safe drinking water for our precious guest. We have a fridge for you to store your cold drinks and food. We also have sufficient kitchenware with a induction cooker and microwave for simple cooking purposes. We provide culinaries such as plates, spoon and fork as well. We have a washing machine with dryer as well for your convenience. Self check-in and check-out is available to ease and facilitate guest. Besides, baby playpen and baby bath tub will be provided upon request and subjected to availability Guest have access to the swimming pool, sauna, gym, playground, sky roof top and Bbq pit for rent as well. As if exceeded maximum daily usage of rm8, we will charge the guest accordingly - No outdoor shoes allowed in the apartment - No Smoking allowed in the apartment - No illegal activities allowed in the apartment - Light cooking only & wash the dishes if any - Keep noise down and respect the neighbors - If you break something please let us know, so that we can replace it for the next guests - Replacement cost for lost or damaged: keys RM10, car park transponder access card RM200 (charge by management, we do not make profit from it), WIFI modem or router RM200 - Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability of previous or next day booking status.
