Downstairs: Shared, newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, etc. Kitchen, laundry room, free parking We enjoy being available to assist you with whatever you need. We can be contacted through the app or text. Either is fine. We love our city and don’t mind giving suggestions, answering questions, or just talk! Quiet neighborhood a block away from the green line bike trail which is minutes to Shelby farms. Green line also goes all the way to Midtown. Starbucks is in walking distance. Numerous restaurants and large movie theatre within a mile radius. Five minutes to shopping mall and Memphis BBQ, 20 minutes to downtown and Beale street with easy access to the interstate. Walking or bike trail one block away which takes you to Restaurants, Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Movie Theatre, Etc within a mile. We have a smoke free family home, so we ask that there is no smoking in the home or on the premises.
