Apartment 1 - Short stay "Den Beer - Meerhout"

The perfect base for business travelers (Nike, Bp, Sanofi-Genzyme, janssen pharmaceutica, ...) and tourists who wants to discover the area. Belgian cities such as Hasselt, Turnhout and Antwerp are also easily accessible for day trips. (Special conditions for long-term stay, ask for it!) The perfect flat for a longer stay. Your apartment is located on the 1st floor of a characterful mansion from 1671, equipped with all modern comfort. A spacious apartment for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms located along the quiet garden side. You will wake up with a view over the ancient trees. A very spacious living room and kitchen with view on the Market. Nice bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs or elevator. Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. In addition, they also have access to the beautiful and spacious garden with its centuries-old protected trees. You can also use free storage space in the garden to store bicycles during your stay. (On request.) At the back of the garden there is also free parking for the guests. Guests can check in independently. However, I will always be available to make your stay a pleasant experience. Meerhout is a centrally located and cozy village in the heart of the "Kempen". Thanks to the central location you are 30 minutes away from Hasselt and 35 minutes from Antwerp. The region offers various bicycle and walking routes, some of which pass by the building. The building is located on the market square with several local cafes, eateries, bakeries and supermarkets at walking distance. Important industrial zones are also in the immediate vicinity. (Nike, BASF, Genzyme, Amoco, ..) Furthermore there is a large sauna and SPA complex located at 5 min. from the apartment. You will stay in a unique apartment with high ceilings and character elements. Keep in mind that only the corresponding number of bedrooms will be accessible. (eg 2 guests = 1 bedroom) The other bedroom will remain closed. If you wish to use the 2nd bedroom if you are traveling with 2 people, you must book for 3 people or give me a signal in advance. With 3 or 4 guests, of course, all bedrooms are accessible.
