Spacious house with huge terrace facing the sea

Wake up each morning with the relaxing sound of the sea! This very spacious house is ideal for families or for a small group. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen and a partly covered roofterrace (very spacious). The roofterrace has its own separate minikitchen with washing machine. The terrace has a large table and sunbeds and, above all, an overwhelming view of the bay, the sea and the mountains. Take a swim in the ocean on just a view steps from your home! This very spacious house is suitable for families or for a small group. On the ground floor you will find a spacious Livingroom with open kitchen with all amenities such as ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc. The living room adjoins a bathroom, ideal for when you come back from the beach. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, a room with a 160cm wide bed and a bedroom with a 180 cm wide bed. On the second floor is the (very spacious) partially covered rooftop terrace. The roof terrace has its own separate mini kitchen with washing machine. The terrace has a large table and sun beds and above all an overwhelming view over the bay, the sea and the mountains. The house has a fiber optic internet connection with a speed of 300 Mbps. Going down the outside stairs you can bathe in a small Cove that have some natural pools formed by the tide of the sea. At 300 mteres you can find the la Nea beach with its vulcanicsand. I am a hostess with all my heart and will do everything to give you the perfect dream holiday. In case that I am available to hand over the keys I have a small safe with pin code so that you can always get into the House, also very useful to save the keys if you go swimming or to the beach. Just 10 minutes from Santa Cruz the charming fishing village of Boca Cangrejo can be found located on a beautiful hillside. Due to its protected location and its micro-climate you can enjoy a great climate throughout the whole year. Designed for those who seek exclusive tourism and being far from mass tourism. It is an ideal place for walking, diving or canoeing. Furthermore due to its excellent location, it is a perfect starting point to discover the island of Tenerife. Worth to mention is that Boca Cangrejo is a very good destination for lovers of scuba diving with several diving schools at only 10 minutes and a whole a paradise to discover bellow the sea. Occasionally you can see dolphins and whales swimming in the sea. Boca Cangrejo is located on a central point of the island. If you come from the airport from the North, you only have a 19 km drive. From the airport you take the TF-5 towards the south (Sur) Autopista / Candelaria. After you enter in the TF-1 you have to take the exit number 7 Radazul/Boca Cangerjo. The following 2 roundabouts you turn right. There begins a windy roas with 7 curves to be taken with care. Once down you do not go straight-ahead to the beach but you turn to the left and continue for 300 meters until you find a big build flower pot and a wooden fence as shown on the photos of the House. Then go down the stairs on the right and you will find the house with number 11. If you come from the South airport you take more or less half an hour to get there and you take the TF-1 until the exit Boca Cangrejo/Radazul. From there you follow the directions listed above. Because the house has stairs the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
