Welcome to Crete island & amazing Chania! Apartment is in Tavronitis, a small village next to the sea, 20km from Chania town & 700m from the beach. A modern house, renovated end of 2017, on the main road of the village close to everything with its own garden. Tavronitis is in a strategic position , favorably located on the middle of Chania region; only 2 minutes drive from the highway exit that can easily lead you to all the popular beaches, the airport & port & of course Chania old town If u stay in Tavronitis, you have the advantage of easy reaching some of the best sights/beaches in the region in less than an hour: Balos , Falassarna, Elafonissi, Kedrodasos, Seitan Limania, Paleochora, Omalos (the start for the popular Samaria Gorge/canyon) etc. So near as well to the famous villages of Platanias and Agia Marina with their vibrant nightlife, shops & beach bars with water sports and Kolymvari which is famous for the delicious seafood tavernas. Needless to say that Tavronitis beach is less than 10 minutes walk : 1 km beach , possibly the most tranquil and quiet beach in the area. The pebbly beach features crystal clear waters and is a short stroll from the centre of Tavronitis village! The house is modern , fully equipped with all electrical appliances and necessary furniture. Up to 4 people can be hosted upon request. -In the kitchen/sitting room you will find a sink with a hot & cold water tap, a refrigerator, a laundry, a microwave, an electric hob and oven, cupboards/drawers with plates, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, pots, a toaster, a dining table and 6 chairs. Moreover , there is a big sofa-double bed with a TV and a coffee table. -The bathroom has two windows, a shower with glass, a wash basin unit with cupboard storage space with mirror, a toilet, storage shelves, wall hooks rack and a hairdryer. -In the bedroom you will find a queen size bed and a big wardrobe with mirror. Outside , during the day & night you can relax in the beautiful quiet yard. Home is on the main road of the village close to everything and 700m on foot from the beach. (no sea view) At your disposal 24/7 via SMS , e-mail or the phone! I may not be there in person but my family will be! Our beautiful neighborhood has minimarkets , pharmacy, beauty salons, bakery, gym , dry cleaner and some restaurants with delicious food. Bus station is next to the house in 100 m and especially on summer buses pass every 15 minutes. In Tavronitis, there are no numbers in the houses - i will send you pictures of the house upon reservation. Description : Drive to PEO90/PEO Kissamou Chanion towards Kolymvari (from Chania, you drive through Stalos - Agia Marina - Platanias - Gerani - Maleme and then you arrive in Tavronitis!) You pass the shops of the village (supermarkets-bakery-pharmacy-restaurant) and the house is located exactly after the hair salon "Hair Spa" on the central road on your left hand . You enter the small blind alley & u can park in our private parking. It’s the white house next to the one with a board “Chez Athena”. -All the windows and doors have panels/screens in order to keep the insects outside. -Yard is common area with one more house I kindly request to respect the house like yours and please let me know for any damages may be occurred.
