It has an excellent open plan space which is perfect for entertaining. We hope we have included everything you need to make your stay as stress free and enjoyable as possible. No need to remember to pack the corkscrew or the dishwasher tabs! The garden is also equipped with garden furniture and the all important barbecue for those sunny days whilst on the colder days wood is supplied for the log burner. To keep the youngsters happy and maybe the hubby too there is also a 65 inch smart TV enabling you to catch up on your favourite soaps, dramas and films perfect for the darker winter evenings. Not forgetting our four legged friends that come with us sometimes the garden is fully enclosed with some lovely walks straight from the door. The Horse and Jockey is your local pub and eatery, literally a two minute walk away. It is very popular and serves good food so booking is advisable. The whole property We like to meet you at the property and show you all the important bits and pieces but after that your holiday is all yours! Literally two minutes walk from the River Hamble, the lovely Horse and Jockey pub and walks into the countryside surrounding Botley and Whiteley. A car is a necessity Dogs are by arrangement only. Please enquire prior to booking as extra charges may be applicable. If your dates are not available then please message as we release the calender periodically. Our minimum stay is now 3 nights for most of the year with a longer miniumum for popular dates i.e. christmas, easter, summer etc. If you would like a 2 night break then please enquire in the first instance as we are more than happy to accommodate if it is possible. Due to the current covid situation we are following all government advice regarding cleaning therefore for the time being all books, games,magazines have been removed from the property. Please note the check in and departure times. If at all possible we will extend these if the bookings allow. I will message you a couple of days before arrival to see if this is the case.
