Rosecliffe Boutique Farm Cottages is a unique & beautiful 93 acre getaway bordering Woondum National Park Rainforest, perched hill top above the rolling green hills of Pinbarren Valley with sweeping views extending across the Noosa Hinterland to the sea. Rosecliffe sits directly on the Noosa Trail Network & is in close proximity to a huge range of activities such bush walking, bird watching, mountain biking, weekend markets, surfing, swimming, antique shops, sightseeing, fine dining & canoeing. Rosecliffe Bus Stop is our new bespoke pavilion/ bus accommodation. It sleeps up to two adults and two children maximum occupancy. For families of 5 please see our other listing Rosecliffe Tree Tops.The bus is a very rare 1952 Leyland Tiger Sydney bus that ran out of Circular Quay that has been restored with the help of the Sydney Bus Museum and has been complimented with an attached architecturally designed pavilion with vaulted ceilings. The pavilion includes a bathroom with original claw foot cast iron bath tub and a handmade hard wood kitchen that completely opens onto a large undercover deck through bi-fold glass doors looking out over the pool to the sea and Woondum National Park. All quality bedding and toweling is supplied. Our Llama Roshi, alpaca Quilla and Punchau will make visits for pats off the veranda. Rosecliffe Bus Stop Amenities In the bus • Double sized pillow-topped bed and two caravan sized single bunk beds ( suitable for children/ young adults). • Lounge area with leather sofa, booth style table and chairs, flat screen TV & Foxtel • Reverse cycle air conditioning. Fully screened. Up the stairs in the pavilion. • The bathroom features cast iron claw foot bathtub with brass shower fittings, dual flush toilet, and a hand made camphor laurel vanity with glass insert sink. A toiletries starter pack is provided. • The kitchen is handmade of hardwood with granite benches and equipped with sink, bench top burner, mini oven, microwave and full fridge. A long camphor bar sits under large bi-fold windows with seating overlooking our conservation area, Woondum National Park and our alpacas/ llamas pasture area. Stainless steel pots & pans, plates, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery are all provided along with a books library and board games. The kitchen opens out unto a undercover deck through a full wall of cedar bi fold doors and has wonderful views over looking the alpaca/ llama paddock out to the conservation area and over the swimming pool to the Coral Sea. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and dish soap is supplied. • The undercover deck is fitted with a outdoor dining set, casual seating and a hooded BBQ. • While the kitchen can be closed with the bi fold doors and windows when these are open the kitchen is open air. Rosecliffe Bus Stop is suitable for a small dog. The bus is securely fenced so your doggy will be secure to freely wander the living spaces but there is no yard in this area so your doggy will need to be walked. Due to the design of the bus and space a port a cot is not an option. Only suitable for children who can safely sleep in a bunk style bed. Be surrounded by sounds and sights of nature. Rosecliffe is Land for Wildlife property and has a titled Conservation Preserve . It is a significant wildlife corridor linking Pinbarren and Woondum National Parks. Wildlife includes red necked-wallabies, squirrel & sugar gliders, pademelons, echidnas, koalas, black cockatoos, wedge-tailed eagles and many more rainforest bird species. We feed the wild birds daily and get an array of rain forest species visiting our feeders. Platypus are resident to Pinbarren Creek as short walk from the property. At night you will be surrounded by a dazzling array of stars. A daybreak you will hear a chorus of singing rainforest birds welcoming the sunrise. The farm stay has a truly beautiful saltwater waterfall infinity pool with spectacular views. The Noosa Trails System is right at the entrance of the property and connects with over 300 km of purpose built trails wonderful for walking, bird watching and mountain biking. Sweeping views of the coast and ocean and the sentinel mountain of Mount Pinbarren National Park can be seen from most of the property and wildlife abounds. We provide you with Noosa Trail Map and a flashlight for nature spotting a night. Rosecliffe Boutique Farm Cottages is a wonderful place for children. We invite your family to join in with the daily feeding of the farm animals, collect eggs from the hen house, play in the 3 acres of sub-tropical gardens and enjoy the many walks within and surrounding the property. Children's books and games are supplied. Rosecliffe is dog friendly. We welcome you to bring your well behaved doggy family member upon approval. We do not accept puppies or cats. Your accommodation has a securely fenced area for your dog. We welcome you to enjoy the property with your dog and to also access the Noosa Trail System with pathways running the boarder of our property. We do not welcome excessive barkers or aggressive dogs and ask that you keep your dog on leash when walking him/ her on the grounds.
