Cozy Craftsman Upstairs I & II

My place is within walking distance to parks, restaurants and dining, great views, a river walking trail, and is in walking distance to WVWC. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the views, the outdoors space, its proximity to WVWC. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Normally only 1 room is rented, but for $45 per night, the other room is available. It is also a spacious space. (13 x 14.5) with a queen bed. I ask for no more than 2 per room. Message me with your requests so I can work with you. There is a front and back porch available as well as other areas. Both rooms are large enough to be used for working and there is a small desk in one of the rooms. If necessary, extra tables are available. There is a firepit in the backyard. I am beginning to offer day trips to show off the beauty of the area. Message me if you are interested Guests can get around on foot or bike as WVWC and downtown are within walking distance. Many guests have parked their vehicles and spent their time exploring on foot. Until covid infection rates decrease, there is little host/guest close interaction for the safety of all. I still am here for advice on restaurants, travel, and anything else a guest might need. That being said, I also respect my guests' privacy. If a guest does not want to socialize, I respect that. Quiet residential street Parking available in front of house. Guests may park and walk or bike to nearby areas. I want to accommodate my guests so message me if you have questions or requests. I consider pets if they will be with guests most of the time. I have a pack and play as well as an inflatable mattress available.
