Main bedroom on living floor level, with loft that has two beds. Staires to loft steep with handrail, but not suitable for children under seven yrs Living area has high stud. that flows to patio with small table and chairs. Welcome to walk in the vineyard and Olive trees...or interact with the grazing sheep. Room to park your trailor boat. Matakana is just a one hour drive from Auckland and well known for it's many vineyards, artisan foods at the famous Saturday's Farmers Market and just a short drive to Omaha and Pakiri beach and many world class walks on your doorstep on the Tawharanui Peninsula.
