The Villa comprises a main living accommodation on the first floor, with a country style kitchen fitted with all the mod cons, which opens to a beautiful loggia overlooking the courtyard, perfect for breakfast. The sitting room is very spacious and bright, with beamed ceilings, large windows to all aspects and panoramic terrace with sofa (English sky tv channels available). The large dining room with open beamed ceiling, has staircases leading to the top floor study and en suite bedroom. A twin bedroom and bathroom with shower, complete the first floor. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: the master one with en suite bathroom, an additional spacious double bedroom, both opening to a sunny beautiful courtyard. Cosy sitting room is located next to a twin room and the adjacent caracteristic bathroom with stone vaulted celing and roll top bath. The outside is wonderfully kept and offers dining terraces, bbq, gardens and private swimming pool. The Villa has private parking space, private entrance and pool. The house is set on a plot of land where is also present an additional smallest house (Villa Girasole), which has its own private entrance, parking space and pool. Check-in after 7 pm will have a cost 80 euro to pay cash in place. Our property managers of the company 'The Land of the Moon' will be available to meet and greet you the day of your arrival and departure and they will make sure you have everything you need during your holiday, including general assistance, touristic information and tailor-made concierge service. Licciana Nardi is a couple of minutes drive away with a host of amenitites and within walking distance there is a superb restaurant forming part of one of the regions historic castles.
