Bright and charming 2-room apt.

A perfect location for both families and the lonely traveller. Given the very central location you have something for everyone within walking distance. The apartment is bright, clean and located in the heart of "Möllan" which is one of the more vibrant areas in the city. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a beautiful, early 20:th century building with a garden that is free for anyone to use to barbecue e.t.c. The apartment is bright due to light flowing from windows in both ends. The feeling is spacious given the generous ceiling height (3,20m). All the nice details from this old building are preserved giving the flat an elegant touch. The whole flat is quite recently renovated and the bathroom is only a few years old. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed for two people and in the bedroom and two foam mattresses that fits either in the bedroom or in the livingroom. The sofas can also be used as beds for people 6ft (180cm) and below. Guests have full access to the apartment, except for distinctly marked drawers, making it easy for guests to use the facilities with comfort and confidence. Anything you find in the fridge etc. is not there for you to use and has to be replaced. I will make sure that you are greeted and introduced on arrival by me or someone who can show you the apartment and answer any questions you might have on arrival. There will also be written information for you in the apartment, introducing you to some of the restaurants in the neighborhood and other good to know stuff. Just around the corner you have plenty of places to eat and drink. There is "Lyran", Söder om Smålands" and "Metro" which all serve quality food. More on places to eat and drink to be found in the manual found upon arrival. Malmö largest connection point for bus lines is only 100 meter away from the apartment making it very easy for You to travel distances using local buses and trains. The subway station for the connection line between Malmö and Copenhagen is only 200 meters from the apartment. As told before the neighborhood is known for the bars, restaurants and small delis that are open to late in the night. Besides from that there are two beautiful recreational parks/ public gardens within walking distance from the space, 3-5 minutes away. And right outside the apartment building you will find a big square that facilitates a grocery market all days except Sunday. Enabling you to buy fresh fruit and groceries just outside the building.
