Beautiful modern furnished private room that offers our guest a peace of mind in a quiet neighborhood of Dobsonville. The private room is fitted with modern electronics, 47inch TV, play station 3, DVD player with Dolby digital sound system, office desk with computer and a printer. We have a small bar fridge and microwave for your added convenience. There's a separate shower and ablution facilities on the separate room next to the main private room. Guests are able to access the property through a shared driveway with a fully covered carport for their vehicles. I will be there to welcome you as my guests personally if need be, and interaction will be limited thereafter unless there are any arising questions that will require my presence to address. The place is 5min walking distance from a nearby shopping complex with a variety of restaurants, the area is surrounded by buzzing and vibrant places to go out for great live music and entertainment. We are 5min drive away from Dobsonville stadium where professional football games are regular to entertain you. The house is also few minutes away from Vilakazi Street and the Orlando Stadium, you can also go out for a Movie Night at the biggest Shopping Mall in Soweto named Maponya mall, which is few minutes away. The property is close to the West Rand (Florida and Roodepoort) where you can link to the N14 or N1 freeway which leads to Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria. There a great public transportation system 2 min walk from the main property, with an option of catching a local Rea Via Bus a taxi or Uber. We have an abundant public transportation system in the area, various means to get around using local Taxi's 2min walk, local city bus, Uber & Bolt.
