Our cozy and colorful bedroom is a great space to rest. In the upstairs of our home, you can settle in after a long day. Our listing is more suitable for traveling professionals who need a comfortable place to stay and get a good night sleep. *Rooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly Lots of local attractions in town and convenient public transportation directly to New York City and Newark Penn Station. We are only 7 mins away from St. Barnabas hospital and 15 mins drive from Novartis Pharma. Private Guest room located in second level of our house and private bathroom across the hallway Upstairs bathroom and their room, of course! We enjoy meeting our guests and will continue meeting all our guests! *We are fully vaccinated Should guests have questions or concerns they need not be shy and ask away. A very quiet street and safe neighborhood within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Stores include gourmet Kings Market, Shoprite, close to Livingston Mall and higher end shopping at the Short Hills Mall. Yes; 73 buses that go to Newark Penn Station where the PATH can be taken into NYC. There is also a 77 bus down the road by 7-eleven that goes to NYC. If you need pick-up and/or drop-off from Newark airport or St. Barnabas hospital, please contact us directly for more details. We offer high speed wifi and room for one car in the driveway. We also provide guests with bottled water in the room. Window unit air conditioning and ceiling fan is available in summer and heater in winter. We are happy to share our home with you and we take proud in the upkeep of the rooms. So one house rule that we ask all guests to follow is to take shoes off by the front door. We enjoy greeting our guests and try to meet all your needs. We do not provide separate keys for guests as we live in our home and we leave the door open for you to come and go (we live in a very safe neighborhood). Do not worry, we are happy to work around your schedule as best as we can. Communication is key :)
