Casa gaia - beautiful stone house

Beautiful stone house, large garden and woods, 280 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen, very near to beautiful old cities which can be reached under 1 hour by car (Assisi, Spoleto, Todi), 3 km from Narni. Your go-to spot for tranquility and relax: casa gaia is surrounded by nature, you'll wake up to birds chirping. As you walk in you'll see the main living room with a fireplace, master bedroom with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with stairs leading up to the second floor. There you'll find two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen size bed. The rooms are separated by a small sitting room, ideal for late night chats, and another bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the outdoors from the patio or by taking a walk in the woods, dogs gave this feature 5 stars. You will have access to the entire house and outdoor area, including parking plot. Depending on the season, I'll be in the dependance nearby during your stay.
