Cosy loft room in contemporary styled home

Double loft room in lovely Victorian house next to the popular St George's Park. Ideally located for local shops, restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes. There are regular buses into the city centre, the Bristol to Bath cycle path is close by and Lawrence Hill train station is 25 minutes walk. You will find the loft room cosy, private and comfortable during your stay with the convenience of tea/coffee making facilities, a TV and desk. There is free on street parking (unreserved). You will a comfortable and private room in the loft space of the house with use of a shared bathroom, including shower, on the middle floor of the house (one short flight of stairs from your room). The room also contains a desk, TV and drink making facilities. Please note breakfast is not included. Use of kitchen for guests staying longer than 1 night only - please enquire when you book so I am aware of what your needs are. Guests have access to the main bathroom. Drink facilities provided in your room for your privacy and convenience. Kitchen access for guests staying for 2+ nights only. I enjoy meeting new people and advising guests on the local area. I am respectful of your privacy during your stay in my loft room. But would also ask you to be respectful of private spaces in the house too. The property is situated next to a lovely Victorian park and in a quiet street. If you walk across the park you reach Church Road where you can find cafes, pubs, restaurants and Aldi and a small Tesco for shopping. Buses here into the centre or Bath or a further 15 min walk to the nearest train station. Closer to the house on Whitehall Road are stops for the no 6 or 7 into the centre. There is free parking in this area but you also have close access to the Bristol to Bath cycle path and buses into the centre or Bath. You can also use train services via Lawrence Hill (20 min walk) which will connect you to Bristol Templemeads train station. I have a cat - Pebble. She’s friendly and will meow at you for food.
