The apartment is located on the first floor of one of the nicest sea front houses in this pedestrial medieval seaside town. The view is spectacular.Fully Central heated and with double glazing is ideal in winter too. The flat is very bright and comfortable and it is fully equipped both in the kitchen and in the dining room to make your holiday a memorable one Turist Licence CITRA 009042-LT-0007 The apartment offers a sitting room with a sofa, flat screen tv and a dining area that sits 6; a study ( bedroom 3) with a bed, a sofa and a desk, the master bedroom with lots of hanging space in the wardrobe, the twin bedroom with its own wardrobe, the kitchen and a bathroom. Plenty of space for everybody! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge freezer too and the dining room is fully equipped for 6 to make your holiday truly memorable. We can provide bedding and towels too for a €10 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Remember that when we are not around, you have free and sole use of the magnificent terrace When the owners are not in residence in the adjactent flat you can use the terrace. the beach is just " there", right in front of you! all you have to do is cross the road, and the village offers shops, take away and restaurant galore. In the Mànie, just a few KM from Noli, there are lovely walks and you can hike and go horse riding. Mountain bike is on offer as well as trekking. In Final Borgo there is a natural climbing wall and paragliding. In Noli you may dive ( Hotel Capo Noli Paddy centre), sail and windsurf Lega Navale Italiana)and SUP (Banita) and obviously relax on the beach and swim. Genova airport is 41 km away, the train station in Spotorno is Km 2.5 away and then there are several buses running all day and night.
