Free coffee & tea, fridge, microwave, mugs, cutlery and plates. You have access to the room, bathroom (douche, bath and toilet are shared), terrace and heated garden lounge. The house is from 1930, built with wooden floors and ceilings. Guests are therefore requested to make no more noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Smoking is permitted only in common areas and in the heated garden lounge, not in the bedroom! Keep the house clean and tidy.
