The house situated on a corner location of a quiet culdesac, with parkland just across the street. It has secure parking for up to three vehicles behind the automatic sliding gate. Access to the new Toowoomba Bypass is very convenient, just a couple of minutes drive away. Offering a queen size bed in all three bedrooms, plus a roll-out single trundle bed (with spring mattress and down topper) in the largest bedroom. **Currently this single bed is only set up on request. Please let us know if you will be requiring it during your stay. The kitchen is large, clean and functional, should you want to do some cooking during your stay. The comfortable living space is air-conditioned, as well as two of the three bedrooms. Wifi is provided, and there is a Chromecast connected to the TV should you want to stream your entertainment. Please note, smoking is NOT permitted at all within the house or property.
