This is a modest 4 bedrm 2 bathrm classic 50/60 home. Set up for large groups/ families. Pet friendy. 15 min to the CBD. Sits on the North side of CBD same side as the fringe/Casio/ Oval /Zoo/ W&C Hospital/ fringe and the V8 race on a direct route. All within less than 10 min away. Please note this property sleeps 10 comfortably however futher bedding can be added on request to accommodate up to 14 guests for short stays. This inner suburb is booming with lots of great parks and playgrounds. This budget home is entirly yours to book for a fabulous price so close to the city, and its fantastic for pets. This mid-century home has been recently upgraded. It has polished floor boards throughout. The kitchen has been recently upgraded. Bonus two bathrooms one with separate toilet. Both are accessible to all as neither is a onsite. This is a working class area, its not blue chip however, like most inner city upcoming suburbs you will find a mix of the old with the new. It has recently been fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The forth bedroom has a fan only however its probably the coolest room in the house. This is a holiday home, i do not live here so you will not find my personal belongings, or rooms and cupboards locked while i vacate for your stay. Two bathrooms one with a bath for the kids. The other is new, with a shower. Its a tidy rendered 50/ 60's property with a great outdoor undercover entertaining area and a beautiful grassed area at the front. The entire property is surrounded by high fences It has fans in every room and is equipped with revercycal air-conditioning. It has a washing machine and under cover clothes lines outside under the veranda. There is no dryer. Its very close to the city. A straight run in via Hamstead Rd or if you decide to go down Main North Rd you'll run past the Children's Hospital the Adelaide Cricket Oval and the CBD. All venues are about 10 to 20 min away. Cars can be parked off the street under the roller door carport for complete security. The yard is surrounded by high fences so that your pets can not escape. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Details will be at the property and on this site. Public transport accessed on Hamstead road at the end of the street to the city. Busses run every 10 min in and out. Bedroom 1 - queen bed 2 single beds (trundle) Bedroom 2- double bed plus 2 single beds (bunk) Bedroom 3- queen bed Bedroom 4- double bed (small room) Lounge room has a very comfortable new red velvet fold-out double bed for those who do not want to share beds or if 14 need to stay for a quick trip this bed is fabulous. Some photos need updating as the lounge suite is new and the kitchen has been upgraded. The kitchen chairs have been replaced with stools and the outside area now as a beautiful wooden outdoor bar table. The new bathroom has a shower curtain as one of the glass panels was unfortunately recently broken. I will provide key details once the booking is made. Its all very basic with a code. no keys. I Can provide further bedding for children or babies on request, and if you have someone who wants to join your group last minute please let me know so appropriate linen can be provided and beds made up. Lovely, quiet residential area close to some of Adelaids great iconic pubs. Check out the newly renovated Walkers Arms, Coopers ale house, the Hampstead and/or The Enfield for fantastic cheap counter meals. If shopping is your thing then the Northern suburbs offer all the new shopping stores like Costco and Aldi . The famous Barossa Valley is only 40 min away, you're on the same side of the city to this area to make a quick trip for lunch and to taste some of the best wine on the planet. Its a perfect location for the North of the state coming in for a trip to the big smoke! Great quiet suburb within close proximity to the CBD". Clearview is Peaceful and quite working class area. The suburb has a lot of 1950's style double, red brick homes situated on decent sized allotments. They are unfortunately being demolished to make way for more compact modern homes so you'll see a good mix of the old with the new. The area is convenient for guests commuting to the CBD within 15 to 20 minutes dependingon the time of day. It has access to brilliant transport along Hampstead and Main north road, while Grand Junction Rd will take you straight to Semaphore within 15 min. As for shopping, you are within close proximity to Sefton Plaza, Greenacres and Northgate Shopping Centre. If your into good burgers there is a Carl's Junior at the end of the street, I highly recommend. bus runs at the end of the street every 10 min in and out of the city.
