Quiet and clean master suite including bedroom, walk-in closet + spacious (non-shared) bathroom in my luxury zero emission house. Access to spacious living/dining room and kitchen. Free wireless + TV (basic cable) in the bedroom. 15-20 min walk to Infineon/Campeon. 8 min walk to train , stop Fasangarten, from there 15 minutes to the city center. No smoking/vaping. All rooms with hardwood floor or tile. Floor heating. There's a cat! Huge garden. Feel free to use the kitchen and large dining room. Washer/dryer are available upon request. Any way you like it. Fasangarten is a very residential neighborhood at the southern city limits of Munich. Farmland and forest just 100 feet away - great for jogging. Bakery 4 minutes walking distance. Italian and Greek restaurant (the latter one with beergarden) also just 4 minutes walking distance. Grocery store (HIT) right next to the Fasangarten train stop. Infineon/Campeon/Intel within 15-20 minutes walking distance. Local train S-Bahn line S3 (stop Fasangarten, 8 minutes walking distance). Bus 145 (stop Landrichterstr., 4 minutes). It's a 13 minutes ride on the S3 train to the city center (Marienplatz), 17 minutes with S3/U2 to the ICC/exhibition center, 21 minutes with S3/U5 to the Oktoberfest, 44 minutes with S3/S8 to the airport. 5 minutes drive to A-8 and A-995 freeways. The Bavarian lakes (Tegernsee, Schliersee, Chiemsee, Ammersee, Lake Starnberg) and foothills can be reached in just 45 minutes.
