Annaka House

Our house can accommodate up to 8 guests in cosy indoor and outdoor spaces. Having direct access to the beach (approximately 50 stairs/steps), it is close to all local amenities. The house is located in a walking distance from the beaches: Plaka, Agios Ioannis and Papa Nero. The house extends over two levels. On the ground floor, the main living areas are found. The comfortable living room offers relaxing sofas which can also be used for 4 extra guests, TV, dvd and CD players, and a fireplace. A WC is also on this level. On a separate area, the dining space and our fully equipped kitchen (featuring oven and cooking stove, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a variety of cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances), can be your ideal place for enjoyable family meals. Two separate staircases lead to each one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. Each bedroom features its own bathroom whereas the shared balcony offers beautiful view of the Aegean sea and the village. The beds in each of the bedrooms can be arranged either as doubles or singles depending on our guests’ needs. Outdoors the spacious terrace can be perfect for dining, having a drink or just relaxing under the Greek sun. When it is sunny, a tent covers the whole terrace area. Our guests have access to the whole house. We (in case we cannot our assistant ) will be there to welcome you and show you around the house when you first arrive. Apart from that, respecting your privacy we will stay out of your way, letting you explore and enjoy our house and the area, unless you decide you need us!
