The villa is conveniently communicated at only 5min from the highway that will take you to Girona in 30min and Barcelona in 60min. The impressive modern villa has a stunning exterior with a very large garden area with private pool of 10mx4m, ample terrace with various lounge corners and BBQ area. It is the ideal holiday home for families with children! Enjoy the sea & mountain views from any floor. You enter the villa on ground floor where you’ll find the living room with TV, dining table and direct access to the pool/garden area. The salon is air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking isle, also with access to the pool area. On this floor you’ll find a double bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: - master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub. This bedroom is air conditioned and has access to the balcony overlooking the pool area. - one double bedroom with double bed. This bedroom is air conditioned. - design bathroom with bath tub and shower. - one double bedroom with two single beds. On this floor there is also an area with a double sofa bed. So in total the villa has 4 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Free wifi. As the villa is the last house on a dead-end street, you can safely park your car(s) on the street right in front of the villa. * Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed. The minimum age is 28. Families with children are of course more than welcome! Our office is located in Lloret de Mar, 15min from the villa. We are at your disposal from Monday to Saturday within office hours for any questions or remarks you may have. The villa is located in a quiet residential villa urbanisation, therefor we recommend you to bring your own car. We can help you with preferred AVIS prices for car rental. Additional mandatory expenses, to be paid upon arrival - Local touristic tax: 1€/day/person (maximum 7 days will be charged) - Refundable security deposit: 500€ Please note no check in on Sundays.
