Shepherds hut #3 at Avon Farm Estate with Hot Tub

Our reviews say it all! We have been welcoming guests to Avon Farm since 2016. This is one of four beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherds huts by the renowned Greendown Shepherds hut. New for 2021 and comes with your own private, screened hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stand (just bring your own disposable BBQ) and log burner in the hut. The hut also has heating, shower room, gas hob and microwave. Set on a 230 acre farm, along the river Avon, with plenty of pubs within walking distance. The ultimate romantic rural retreat for couples. Idyllically located looking out over the fields that line the River Avon and beautiful rolling green hills. Accommodating 2 guests (no children under 11 allowed or pets), the Shepherds Hut is split into a curtained sleeping compartment, a kitchenette/dining area with wood burner and a door leading into a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Outside, guests have plenty of open space to relax and soak up the views, and enjoy your own private hot tub and fire pit! Sorry but we do not allow pets or young children or infants in our shepherds huts. Avon Farm is set in 230 acres of arable farm land running along the river avon there’s plenty to explore. We also have a few animals that you can come and see including Alpaca, sheep, goats, and chickens. We also have farm dogs that roam and love meeting our guests. You can fish along the river avon (licence and season permitting). You can rent bikes from the farm. Collect fresh chicken eggs in the morning for breakfast. We live on site so are to hand if you need us, but will leave you to enjoy your vacation. This is a working farm, with agricultural vehicles and animals, so please always take care of movements.
