Unique Barn conversion near beautiful Bath

Set in the outskirts of the World Heritage city of Bath, Summerdale Barn is a uniquely renovated private residence in South Stoke village. The Packhorse Inn is a short walk away and Bath 3 miles away. Summerdale Barn is the perfect place to stay for Bath and West Country tours, or for walkers, and cyclists to just unwind and relax. The two bedrooms can be set up as either two king size beds or a king and twin beds, and there is a sofa bed suitable for children in the lounge. The barn is a special light and airy space offering all modern facilities and the comfort of underfloor heating. South Stoke is a conservation village within the Cotswolds AONB containing the award winning Packhorse Inn. Guidance for walking the beautiful countryside and cycling on the national cycle paths is available. I aim to be contactable at all times and will be within 15 minutes of the barn. If I am not contactable then Summerdale House is next door and someone from the family will normally be available if guests need any immediate help. Check out the Packhorse Inn (saved by the village community) and Castle Farm for good food and both a short walk away. Great walking from the front door into the valley with old canal and railways providing routes. The two tunnels cycleway leads into Bath with access to the Bath/Bristol path. Odd Down Park and Ride is 1 mile away for buses into the centre to see the Roman baths, the Pump room, Assembly rooms and so on. Bath Spa train station is 3 miles away Summerdale Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, plus 2 children or another adult sleeping on the sofabed in the lounge area.
