Catmandu bedroom #1: Private en suite with comfy Queen size bed and a loveseat sitting area that pulls out to a single size bed if needed. Welcome to Catmandu! My home is located in the lovely suburbs of Chicago and is close to shopping, forest preserves, and has close access to the Heritage Corridor train in Willow Springs, (approximately 2.1 miles) which will take you to and from Chicago but does not run on the weekends. My home is also near the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) train station (approximately 7 miles) which will take you to and from Chicago 7 days a week. My home is located approximately 10 miles from Midway International Airport and 20 miles from O'Hare International Airport. Pickup and/or dropoff to the airports or city can be arranged for an additional fee. Otherwise, Uber can be used via their app in this area. Restaurants: There is American, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Seafood, Portillo's, Giordano's pizza, and cocktail bar all within 1.5 - 10 miles away. Activities: Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center is 3.8 miles away. Palos Trail System for running and biking is 3.8 miles away. Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve is also 3.8 miles away. The Brookfield Zoo is approximately 10 miles from my home. The Lincoln Park Zoo, Field Museum, Art Institute of Chicago and Shed Aquarium are all roughly 20 miles from my home. There is an AMC movie theater as close as 5 miles and many more after that. Shopping: Burr Ridge Village Center - 2.5 miles Oakbrook Center - 10 miles Orland Square Mall - 11 miles And many others. My home is located 4 miles from access to I-55 and I-294. With multiple gas stations roughly 2-3 miles away. PET FEE: Pets must be pre-approved. Please note that if you plan on bringing a pet we charge a fee of $30 per pet, per stay. If you choose to instant book, we will add the fee as an additional request which must be sent before checking in. We expect that pets will be respectful and will not be left alone in the room or house without the owner and that the owner will clean up after pet. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline pets if other guests are staying in other rooms. So please contact us before booking for confirmation. Thank you!
