We are pleased to welcome you to the Casa Blu, in the province of Asti, in the heart of Monferrato, Langhe, Roero, Unesco World Heritage. Independent private apartment in Villa with New Private Pool, Air Conditioning, Children's Games, Barbecue, Garden, Sauna, ... There is an apartment of 65 square meters available in the villa on the ground floor, on the first floor living my family. The new pool is private and available only for you. In Your apartment we have 7 normal beds: a double bed and a single bed in a room, in the next room there are 2 single beds. A double sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are included, we have 2 free bicycles. Casa Blu is nestled in the green hills of Monferrato, where the magic of the colours surrounds the endless vineyards while the majestic Alps stand out on the horizon. The Casa Blu has been built with extreme care and passion, yet respecting traditional architectures and materials according to the principles of energy saving and environmental sustainability: there is a photovoltaic system for the production of electric power and a geothermal plant for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. We offer a spacious and comfortable accommodation. The rooms are furnished with great attention to details in a simple but refined style and are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, independent heating, private bathroom, hairdryer, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, safe, ..., Customers can enjoy a large terrace with an amazing panoramic view on the hills, a well-tended garden, a new heated indoor pool with removable cover, a barbecue, a private parking and a playground. Also available upon request: strollers, child seats, cots, cribs, and bicycles. The air and all the surfaces in this room have been ecologically sanitised with Ozone. The new Infrared Sauna is available only on reservation, at the daily cost of Euro 20.00 or Euro 100.00 for the week. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, drugstores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centres, playgrounds, swimming pools, soccer fields and tennis courts, nature parks, wineries with possibility of guided tours offering wine tastings, horseback-riding, and farm-related activities. La Casa Blu is set in a strategic location since it represents a starting point for several itineraries: you can choose whether to take a walk among buildings, medieval towers and streets or to go on a trip to rediscover the typical products of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero or even to go on a tour through the woods and vineyards, maybe horseback-riding, for a stop in one of the local wineries to taste their best wines.
