The property is approached via a tree lined private drive and is set in 20 acres of wonderful rolling countryside in the Gers. The main house is over 200 metres square and is surrounded by mature gardens and well tended stepped terraces. Recently renovated, the accommodation retains the feel of an authentic local farmhouse with old tiled floors, open fires, exposed stones and beams. The swimming pool is in a secure walled area with its own summer kitchen, bar-b-que and dining area. The house and gardens are available to guests who are free to wander around the fields and discover the stream down in the woods. Guests can access all areas other than the Grange. The housekeeper is always available and can be booked for baby sitting. The nearest market town is Condom that is 10 mins drive away and has all amenities. A car is essentiel as the farmhouse is tucked away of a quiet country road. We recommend you take time to listen to the noises of the countryside. There are many wonderful birds who gather near the house and if you're lucky you may catch a glimpse of the deer that live in the wooden thicket in the lower field.
