Comfortable guest suite with own entrance.

A welcoming and stylish self-contained environment with tea/coffee making facilities and pleasant garden. If in lockdown meals can be provided by arrangement. The bed is a small double. Room has comfortable seating area for Netflix and Sky viewing. There are no shared areas with house owner who is friendly but not intrusive and has two cute dogs. Any contact is according to social distancing guidance. Property is a short distance to the Celtic Manor, ICC and M4 junction 24 Coldra Roundabout. Has own gate and entrance to guest part of property. The room is open and airy with space to sit down and watch T.V. or sit at the desk with your laptop. It's generally a quiet environment within a quiet location. The bathroom has a double sized shower with adjoining make-up/ hair drying facilities. Hospitality toiletries are provided. The patio doors go out to the pleasant and well kept back garden with pathway to your own gated entrance. Due to Coronavirus, unfortunately guests are unable to have access to the kitchen/diner, however the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can be used by arrangement. Tea and coffee making facilities will be within the guest suite. The garden has a lovely seating area which is pleasant on a warm day. All cleaning between guests is fully adhering to Airbnb Covid Guidelines. I'm a friendly person and like people but also know how to leave people to do their own thing. I'm happy to give information about the local area - if I know it, but I can always find out what I don't know. The property is located one mile from the Celtic Manor and ICC. South Wales is a wonderful location with several castles within minutes of the property which is literally five minutes away from the Prince of Wales Bridge. The house is situated on the outskirts of Newport within a quiet cul-de-sac. Cardiff and Bristol are both 20 minutes away - depending on traffic of course! Despite being so close to the M4 within 1 minute of junction 24 you wouldn't know you were anywhere near a motorway. Parking is just outside the property but being within a cul-de-sac there's never any problems for parking and it's within full site/view of the house. A bus stop to the town is a 2 minute walk and the train station approximately £10 by taxi, although of course that varies between companies. There are two small, friendly dogs on the property who will not enter the guests private area. There is available free parking.
