It is extremely comfortable with all the essentials and walking distance to King Street, cafes, restaurants, RPA, university and more! Floor boarded, naturally lit spacious apartment. Very close to Sydney uni, RPA hospital, Broadway shopping centre, bus stops and train stations (Newtown or Stanmore) and buzzing King Street and Enmore Road! Private access to apartment. We can provide access to washer and dryer if needed. We are available 24/7 for any questions or help. Feel free to email Sam through AirBnB app. It’s a lovely neighbourhood. We have a convenient bottle shop across the road, many cafes a stones throw away. It’s a short walk to Camperdown Oval, Acre restaurant and cafe or Tramsheds for lunch. And of course close to King St and Enmore Rd action! Lots of street parking. Be careful of 2 hour limit on Kingston Rd. We have a bus stop at the end of Kingston Lane on Salisbury Rd which goes to RPA, Broadway shopping centre or city. Stanmore or Newtown train stations are a 10-15 walk away. Everything is so easy to get to! Off street parking can be made available if necessary. We are part of a lovely community and ask you to respect our neighbours and not play loud music after 10pm or use their bins etc.
