This mid terraced property has been renovated to a good standard and the house is a home-away-from-home in a convenient location bordering New Ferry, Port Sunlight and Bebington. The location is a perfect base for persons working in the nearby areas or for guests visiting family or friends on the Wirral. Port Sunlight also attracts many tourists. There is a comfortable and cosy lounge with a corner sofa, a modern fire, large flat screen smart t.v. and floor standing lamp with small side table. There is a dining room with a table and chairs to seat 4 guests. The upstairs is home to two fabulous bedrooms one double and one twin, each styled with coordinated furnishings and smart TV's . A family bathroom ties this all together, hosting a bath, separate shower, bringing that luxury feel to the accommodation all-year-round. The house is situated opposite the village of Port Sunlight with its very best attractions in the North West, the Lady Lever Art Gallery, and the Port Sunlight Museum and Garden Village which offers a unique insight into the life of the villagers and workers of Port Sunlight, during the late 1800's and early 1900's. There is parking both on the main road and side street. The area is an ideal base for guests working in the nearby areas of Port Sunlight, Bromborough, Birkenhead, Liverpool and Chester. The Port sunlight train station (0.7 mile away with 14 minute walk) and Bebington train station (0.6 mile away or 12 minute walk) has connections to Liverpool and Chester leaving every few minutes. The lovely town of Port Sunlight with its many attractions is just across the road. New Ferry itself has many shops within walking distance and slightly further afield but also on foot is parts of the Bebington area. Bromborough retail park is a 5 minute drive away and Birkenhead Town Centre is just 9 minutes drive away by car. Ideally situated in New Ferry / Port Sunlight, close to shops and restaurants.
