Bunky handy room

This is room in an rambling old 'austerity era' that we are gradually ecofying. The room has a loft single bed another single underneath. Our home is filled with eco projects - chooks, bees, combustion heater, pellet oven, water harvesting, straw rooms, solar grid connect elec, aquaponics, extensive food garden and loads more. We all share the one internal toilet/bathroom and this works well. We sometimes have a range of projects on the go as we are renovating with timber I mill myself. You have access to our almost renovated kitchen, lounge, bbq, yards, bathroom... As much or as little as you like. If you leave your door open, our toddler James is likely to pop in and show you the latest rock or toy. We are 900m to a train, 1k to a tram, just of the freeway and there are loads of local bikeway. Transport is pretty good. We don't kill our household spider - we leave then to work on the bees, mozzies and blowies.
