Coach House- detached (1800's) annex refurbished to a very high standard with Virgin TV & Ultra Internet included. The property has front parking with separate side door entrance, rear patio area with private Hot Tub also available by agreement. You’ll love the stylish décor of this charming place to stay it is central to Ashby de la Zouch, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire & Leicester shire with many near by attractions. Detached private space with open plan over two floors (8mx4m per floor) with high ceilings - guests have said that the actual space is larger than that portrayed in the photo's Entrance is at the side with patio rear door the guests have private access at all times during their stay. We live in the main House building adjacent so we can help with any issues if necessary. The hot tub is in a separate summer house building and reserved for guest when they require to use (£30 paid on arrival). Victorian residence in Measham opposite large park area with Skate Park facility and play areas. The local village has both a Tesco Express (cash point), Co-op with several takeaway food restaurant places including Fish & Chips, Pizza, and Chinese and Indian (1 mile). 2 Pubs in village and many local restaurants nearby. Conkers, Twycross Zoo and Ashby-De-La Zouche provide local attractions.
