A water enthusiasts paradise, right on the water.

Located on a penisuala, in a private, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There's water on both sides of you, a water fun paradise. Whether it's fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, or anything water related, this is your place. Two bedroom, bath & a half, spacious kitchen, & the dock extends out 70x30 feet. Moor your boat on the dock, kayaks or wave runners in the back channel. This house has a fenced in back yard facing the river for your canines pleasure. Fire pit, & charcoal grill provided. One story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house located on the Fox River outside the City of Omro. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/range and most other normal amenities are provided. Guests are welcome to use the entire house, the dock and the entire property for your entertainment. In the warm summer months, I moor my boat extending out from the dock. A few times a week, but rarey on weekends, I will be using the dock to water ski from. We store our water ski equipment in a shed on the property. Unless there's some sort of emergency, we won't need to enter the residence. Our normal ski time is about one hour from arrival to departure, mostly on weekdays. Text is always best for communication. I'm often busy with activities, at times I'm unable to hear the phone ring. I'm usually able to reply within an hour. This is a private neighborhood, very quiet, tranquil, peaceful, if you love the water, it's as close to heaven as you'll find in Wisconsin. Mostly you will need a vehicle for traveling around. Uber/Lyft is spotty at best. We accept well behaved, housebroken pets to stay with their humans during their stay. It is on a case by case basis, and we need to know in advance. The city of Omro has canoes and kayaks available to use by reserving in advanve. Pontoon and power boats are rentable at marinas in Oshkosh on Lake Butts Des Morts. The property does not provide a walk in, walk out beach type access, it's a dock. I do provide a ladder to climb back out onto the dock after water activities.
