One master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. One double sofa bed in living room. Bicycles and Kayak for two available on demand. The downtown of St Prex is a unique middle age village on the lake shore. It has a famous ancient city gate. Lausanne, with its famous Olympic museum, is 15 minutes by car. Geneva is 30 minutes by car or train. Geneva airport is 45 minutes by train leaving 1 minute for the house and 30 minutes by car. You can reach the place directly by taking the train at the Geneva Airport. You need to change train in Morges and it is very easy (very small and user friendly railway station). St Prex railway station is 1 minute walk from the house (but you don't hear any noise). There are parking lot on the street near to the house. It is easy to find parking. the Highway entrance is 10 minutes by car from the house. It take approx. 30 minutes by car from Geneva airport to reach the house. A tourist tax (taxe de sejour) of 2.0 Frs/ night / guest could be asked (expect for students and internship below 25 years ) Pets are welcome ( at owner discretion). Pets will be charged 10 Frs per day. Parking in the garden of the property available for 5 Frs per night (or 100 Frs for a full month). If not interested, there are unlimited parking places available two minutes walk from the house. Thank you
