We restored the barn into luxury villa that is perfect for two couples or a large family with children. You will enjoy a swimming pool of 20 meters long heated to 27 ° in an absolutely amazing landscape. Stillness is guaranteed. Our pool house of 40 m2 has a pizza oven, a fireplace for the grills and all the necessary equipment for cooking. Abandoned and destroyed from the inside for years, no one would have imagined that this centenary barn could take back such colors. And yet! This villa is ideally designed for two couples with 1 children. From an outside terrace, you reach the accommodation by a large wrought-iron window handmade on the old way. On your left you have the cloakroom and a toilet. The ground floor is designed like a loft with a kitchen and a dining area open to the living room. The North Wall in shale stone, completely restored in the old style, is illuminated by lighting on the ground and brings to the whole its impressive and authentic character. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. It is composed of a central area where you can lunch at 6 or spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a central block accessing the first floor. The living room has a large open fire very pleasant during winter and a 48 "flat screen TV connected to the digital TV that offers orange. Wifi is available throughout the building. Through the window of the living room you reach a terrace and a garden offering an amazing view of the mountain. The floor is divided into two separate apartments each with a queen size bed 160 x 200 and one bed 90x200, a bathroom with modern Italian shower, an office area and a large storage cupboard. We want to offer you quality bedding so that you can spend an unforgettable stay among us. We provide you with sheets, duvet cover, bath towel and toiletries. The garden, the swimming pool and the pool house are common parts to the two barns. In other words, you will have to share the swimming pool with the tenants of the second villa in a friendly manner. Don't worry, this area has been designed with enough space for your comfort so that you do not feel oppressed. The swimming pool, 20 m by 3.5 m long, is equipped with a secured roller shutter guaranteeing you in the summer water at 26 °. However, careful supervision of parents is essential during the day. We speak French, we spreken ook nederlands, and we speak also english and a little bit spanish. The barns are located on a family property of more than 20 hectares. A path goes up to the wood where you can walk around freely. We are located at 1 kilometer from the village. The village has two bakery and a weekly market is held on Wednesday morning. Lourdes is only 12 minutes by car, the town of Nay is at equal distance. You will find restaurants either at lourdes or on the side of betharram. We will give you the addresses of local producers if you prefer, like us, to support local organic producers rather than supermarkets. For those who prefer supermarket and macdo, you will also be satisfied either on the side of Coarraze (super U, intermarché), or lourdes (center leclercq). There is no public transport in the village, we advise you to be motorized. We have a parking for 4 cars protected by a metal gate. The day of your arrival we will pick you up on the village square so that you will find us easierly.
