Posh AC 2bhk apartment near Kaloor Stadium, Cochin

It's a beautiful 2BHK in a very famous society in the heart of Cochin. Our apartment is on the 4th floor. The space is ideal for guests in town for business/ weddings or other functions/ visit friends & family/ shopping. The property is owned by a doctor couple. In their absence their relative who lives nearby will help you with check-in & check out. Please read all the information shared & follow the house rules properly. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is a lil small, so can fit only 2 small people. Please check the photo before booking for 4 people. 3 people can fit comfortably but for 4 guests, it depends on them. Differs for each booking. The parking space is medium size. So if you have an SUV that's big for the space, you can park it in the parking area outside the back gate. Many residents park their extra cars there. Please keep the place clean just like your own home Please don't create any nuisance to the neighbours. No partying/ functions/ drinking or smoking/ playing loud music in the flat or on the premises. And NO EXTRA GUESTS please! Thanks. Have a pleasant stay.
