My Apartment is a Modern Minimalistic Designed 2BHK apartment located on the 17th floor of the Building and is situated in a Very Peaceful Residential Neighboourhood but with Shopping/Restaurants within 500m radius. The Apartment is situated in the suburban part of Mumbai named Kandivli West with close proximity to Mind Space, Mahavir Nagar, National Park, Canary Caves, Essel World via Gorai, Link Road (malls) and S.V. Road. The place is done up in Nov. 2018 and is a very cozy comfortable space. The Interiors is very Modern and Minimalistic. There are 2 bedrooms and out of the two one has attached Toilet and One Common Toilet accessible from the Living Area. The Bedrooms and Living Room have Air conditioners installed. Fully furnished and equipped with all necessities. Owner is just a phone call away. Since the apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and One sofa cum bed in the Living room area 6 people can stay comfortably. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the Refuge area balconies at the staircase mid landings. I am a working professional and having my own setup in this city and hence have odd working hours though I would be glad to meet you and introduce you to Mumbai. If I am not there, be sure that I will have a very reliable and friendly person to host you in my place – and will be in email contact throughout. Initial briefing will be done by the host and phone numbers will be provided for any needs during the stay. The Apartment is in a Peaceful Residential Area. The Main Market is just 300m walking distance with lots of restaurants and convenience shops. This is a safe and convenient neighborhood with easy access to the main Swami Vivekanand Road which hosts lots of shopping and dining options. All Different means of Public Transport is available including Autorickshaws, Taxis, Buses and Trains with a few minutes of walking from the house.
