Ulverston is a pretty market town full of independent retailers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Great area for walking & cycling. Good access to Morecambe Bay and the Lake District National Park. Good area for families. Walking distance to Hoad monument and Ford Park. Close to the South Lakes Safari Park, the Manshuri Buddhist Temple, Fell Foot, the Lakes Aquarium and other attractions. Please note this is a quiet residential street so please try not to make too much noise. paddleboard available for hire A car is not necessary to enjoy the local area. A car is needed to access the Lakes. There is parking on the street. There are regular trains to Grange, Lancaster and beyond. Ulverston is great for walking and cycling. Hoad monument is 20 minutes from the house. The house is 5 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way. Cycle routes are available both on and off road from the house into the Lakes and around the Bay. The house is on a quiet safe residential street. Please be mindful of the neighbours in terms of late/ early noise
