Caledonia is nestled by the banks of the Grand River. It has small-town charm with quaint shops, beautiful hiking trails, and delicious places to eat. Caledonia is a short drive to major urban centres, including Niagara Falls and Hamilton. It's minutes from Hamilton airport. Stay in your own private basement suite. It's bright, light, and newly renovated with its own private deck to relax on with views of the river. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our airbnb is a private basement apartment with private entrance in a family home. It's bright and newly renovated, will full size windows in the main living spaces. There is a shared backyard space available and also your own private deck to enjoy. You have full access to your own private apartment within the home. It has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area. Relax outside on your own private deck. The backyard is accessible but shared. We live close by, so we are readily available for any questions or concerns. Caledonia is a quaint town with all the charm that small towns bring, full of small shops and restaurants. It is still big enough to have large grocery stores and chain restaurants. It is a short day trip to Niagara Falls, Hamilton (city of waterfalls), Toronto, African lions safari, Jukasa motor speedway, Canadian warplane heritage museum, Port Dover, Niagara on the Lake, and many other tourist attractions. There are many hiking trails nearby and plentiful fishing in the Grand River. Caledonia has a great splash pad and public pool that is within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Hamilton Airport and 10-15 minutes from Oshweken and the six nations community. We have lovely long term tenants that live in the top floor of this home. They generally park in the carport. They are very careful and considerate in terms of noise level. We ask that you also respect that this is their home too. And we ask that noise be limited after 8pm.
