Room with a double bed in Malmö+2 bikes

Welcome to our place. We live in a duplex apartment, 114 square metres on the second and third floor. (no elevator) The apartment has 3 bedrooms, livingroom, 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. The kitchen is on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the lower floor. When you rent one room: You will have acces to your room with balcony, bathroom with shower and the kitchen with dining-table. The kitchen is fully equipped so feel free to cook. You are welcome to help yourself to basic things like oil, vinegar, spices, tea and cofffee. Access to unlimited WI-FI usage. We are a family with one teenager living in the apartment. We will gladly help you if you have any questions. We will always meet you and show you around in the apartment. The surroundings are quiet but we are close to Folkets park and Möllevångstorget which is the bohemian part of Malmö with lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs. During the day there is a fruit and vegetable market on the Möllevångstorget. Supermarkets close by and a Nordic wellness gym with daily/monthly passes. You have bustops nearby and bus nr 5 takes you to the centralstation in 5 minutes. It is possible to walk around all central parts of Malmö. Malmö is an excellent city to ride a bike in so we offer you two bikes included in the price of the room. There are bikepaths all over the city. To visit Copenhagen, take the train, 30 minutes. Do not forget to bring your passport because wou will not be able to enter Sweden again without valid ID.
