Great western exposure and a clean sandy beach makes Limberlost the place to stay Limberlost is a classic split log cabin built in the 1940's, but don't let the rustic exterior fool you. Inside you will find quality furnishings, extensive interior updates, and all the comforts of home in our cozy north woods setting. Limberlost was built a mere stones throw from the waters edge. Great western exposure lends itself to long sunny afternoons and beautiful sunsets. Deer Lake Cottages offers a relaxing vacation experience in the heart of Wisconsin's north woods. Our two cottages are located minutes from the intersection of highway 8 and highway 51. Tomahawk, Minocqua, and Rhinelander are all within short drives. Limberlost Sleeps a party of four comfortably. Additional information and photos available upon request. Both of our cottages are private and very well equipped. Guests will have access to all of the ammenities on site. Both lakeside/waterfront units have gently sloping seperate private sandy beaches. Each cottage also has its own aluminum dock and each comes with a 12' aluminum row boat & oars. Both cottages also have fire pits, Weber (gas), Weber (charcoal) grills, as well as outdoor deck furniture/picnic tables for your comfort and convenience. We believe that privacy and tranquility are the keys to a peaceful vacation/stay, however we are available to answer any questions should the need arise. Beautiful northwoods private setting. Easy access to running/biking/snow mobile trails. On site access to deep clear water spring fed lake with access to two other bodies of water. Each cottage has a very large private beach. Ample parking for you car/truck and watercraft on site for your convienience. Two boat landings on Deer Lake. One at the south east side and one at the north west corner. Physical address/location provided upon reservation confirmation. Both cottages are very well equiped, however don't forget to bring towels, toiletries. Daily maid service is not available. Bed linens are included. Guests should bring their own dish and bath soap, shampoo, paper products, towels, hair dryer, etc.... Boaters, please bring or rent life jackets!
