Questa casa è ideale per chi viaggia da solo, per lavoro o vacanza, ed è alla ricerca di un luogo selvaggio, dove ricaricarsi circondato dall'abbraccio della natura. Ideale per gli amanti di mountain bike o per chi desidera ammirare il cielo notturno stellato. Situata a 10 Km da Arco (famosa per le attività outdoor), a 16 Km dal Lago di Garda (con il suo bel lago) ed a 28 Km da Trento (città capoluogo). Possibilità di cenare in locali tipici o pizzerie a pochi Km di qui. La mia casa è simile ad un rifugio di montagna, con la stanza ed il bagno del B&B al piano inferiore, ed il resto della casa, sottotetto, al piano superiore. L'ospite ha a disposizione la sua stanza con bagno autonomo al piano terra. La colazione viene servita al piano superiore, nella mia cucina. Ho scelto di lavorare a casa mia, dedicandomi ai lavori agricoli all'esterno ed alla scrittura. Quindi mi trovo spesso a casa e sarà un piacere aiutare gli ospiti se avranno qualche dubbio. All'esterno gli ospiti hanno accesso allo spazio pavimentato di fronte all'ingresso, dotato di gazebo e al grande prato che circonda la casa. Davanti casa, immersa nel bosco, parte una strada di 7 Km con 16 tornanti che porta a Malga Campo, da cui si gode una fantastica vista delle nostre montagne. Strada ideale per mountainbike. Nei pomeriggi e le serate primaverili ed estivi, tempo permettendo, il relax nel prato fuori casa è d'obbligo. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Alleinreisende, arbeits- oder ferienhalber, die auf der Suche nach einem Ort sind, an dem sie in den Armen der wilden Natur auftanken können. Ideal für Mountain-Biker oder für Personen, die den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel bewundern möchten. Die Bikes koennen in einer gesicherten Garage abgestellt werden (kostenlos). Lage: 10km nach Arco, bekannt für Outdoor-Aktivitäten, 16 km zum wunderschönen Gardasee und 28 km bis zur lebhaften regionalen Hauptstadt Trient mit MUSE und mehr. Es besteht die Möglichkeit in der Nähe in typischen Lokalen oder Pizzerien zu essen. Mein Haus ähnelt einer Berghütte, mit einem Zimmer und Bad des B&B im unteren, und dem Rest der Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk, unter dem Dach. Im Frühling und Sommer wird unbedingt empfohlen, nachmittags oder abends auf der davor liegenden Wiese zu relaxen. Die Gäste haben Zimmer und Bad im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück wird in meiner Küche im Obergeschoss serviert. Ich habe mich entschieden, zu Hause zu arbeiten, und führe draussen viele landwirtschaftliche Arbeiten aus. Deshalb bin ich oft zu Hause und es ist mir ein Vergnügen, den Gästen behilflich zu sein, falls Fragen auftauchen. This is the ideal accommodation for the individual business or leisure traveler. Perfect for somebody looking for a wild location in a relaxing atmosphere to recharge him/herself in the embrace of the nature. The perfect location for mountain bikers and for people who needs to relax admiring the starry night sky. The bikes can be parked for free in a safe garage. There is the possibility of dining in local restaurants or pizzerias just a few kilometers from here. My house is like a mountain retreat: the room and the private bathroom of the B&B on the ground floor, and the rest of the house is on the upper floor. Breakfast is served upstairs in my kitchen. During Spring and Summer afternoons, weather permitting, relaxing outside on the grass is a must. I have chosen to work at home, I’m very often at home because I’m taking care of the garden. This way I can assist and help the guest when necessary, it will be a pleasure for me.
