Nestled perfectly in the heart of Newcastle’s Honeysuckle Entertainment Precinct, you awake every morning literally surrounded by an abundance of international cuisine restaurants, themed bars, boutique cafes, "gelato" (ice-cream shop), cinema, Newcastle foreshore, large open parkland, Captain Cook Memorial Fountain, Newcastle Art Gallery & library, weekend markets, Stockton ferry, health & well-being (yoga, gym and spas), Honeysuckle complex, Queens Wharf and word class surfing beaches. Even though you are in the heart of the Honeysuckle Entertainment Precinct, affording you the freedom to stroll around the foreshore or across into the CBD and take in the local experiences without any stress of finding a car park, there are a multitude of bus stops within moments of your front door in either direction that can take you where you need to go in case the weather has turned against you. In addition, there are plenty of taxis driving around and Uber is also very active in the area. There is also a new light rail stop just behind the building and down a little- a 3 minute walk, giving you quick access to the top of town and Newcastle Beach as well as the Newcastle interchange. Only 1 stop to the Newcastle interchange. Gym Balance Collective is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Here is the link, they also have a free 14 day free trial. The allocated secured car space is located on the 2nd floor (turn right at the top of the second ramp) .The elevators that you need are located 50m to the left as you are facing to the back of the carpark (near apartment 201) and consist of only 2 elevators. On the right, there are 3 elevators. DO NOT USE THESE 3 ELEVATORS as they take you to a separate commercial premises and your fob will not work in these. Please also park as close to the wall as possible as the car spaces aren't very wide will restrict access for the adjoining car space. I recommend having the passenger exit the vehicle before reverse parking into the car space so that the driver can exit the vehicle without restriction. Height restrictions to the underground car space is 2.2m
