We welcome you to our recently refurbished,self contained studio annex-complete with private entrance and personal parking (Website hidden by Airbnb) connection to the main house therefore you are free to fully relax in your own space.Convenient quiet Cul-de-sac location with walk/cycle paths behind the house and close to local shops & restaurants.Situated 5mins from M5 junction 21, 20mins to Weston Beach & Train station, (Worle station is a 20min walk).Easy access into Bristol & Bristol Airport is a 30min drive. Pull up alongside our house into your own private parking space, gain access via an electric gate using a code given to you which will then lead you to your self contained annex. Car and entrances are both covered by CCTV. The annex consists of a kitchenette complete with Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle inc.tea and coffee, Cutlery and crockery. We have also included cleaning products if needed. Single day bed will extend easily to a double for extra comfort if required. Ensuite with shower, sink and toilet, towel rail and underfloor heating. Separate heating setup from the main house, including underfloor heating throughout to make you extra toasty! Fold down desk/table to work or eat your dinner complete with chair and Free WiFi and TV with freeview channels. ***space designed for one person and one person only- no additional visitors or guests permitted*** Available during the day/evening via phone or email. Access is setup direct with guests via electric access code and key. House is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Tesco express, Sainsburys are within walking distance as is the local train station and bus stops. Close to local pubs and restaurants- any tips or suggestions just ask! Plenty of walks in and around the local area, Bristol is easy to get to just 5mins to the M5 and great links with airport, buses and train stations. Cycle/Foot path is located behind the house,opening onto fields for cycling and walks.
