Our place is close to great views and parks. You’ll love the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. The Cottage is the downstairs studio room with its own separate bathroom. It is detached from the main house. It offers a private, tranquil retreat, with its own entrances and parking spaces with large deck. Hatfields Beach, Orewa, and Wenderholm Regional Park on your doorstep, it is a great location. The airport is within an hour's drive. - A bedroom suite (bedroom + bathroom including toilet) The Cottage room includes access to the covered outdoor kitchen, playground, and private beach. Our place is remote and private with no close neighbours. Ten minutes drive to the bus stop. Outdoor smoking allowed.
