Bluebirds Shepherd's Hut is secluded and nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a truly inspirational escape providing an idyllic setting for a weekend or longer, simply immerse yourself in nature walks via public footpath 20 metres away (OS map available) or just sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and admire the views and abundance of wildlife. The beach and cliff walks are a mere 10 minute drive away with Rye 20 minutes and Bodiam Castle 25 minutes. Our beautiful hand built shepherd's hut with a separate shower block with hot water and non chemical (no smells) Eco toilet conveniently located alongside, is also low power and Eco friendly. Everything has been hand crafted and designed to provide a very original and cosy atmosphere including special lighting effects at night. Part solar power, low energy to be as Eco friendly as possible. We have used trees from our woodlands to build some of the interior. Our Shepherd's Hut is the ideal place to get away from everyone with magnificent views of the countryside. Access to all spaces. Fire pit and BBQ located 50M away in our private woods (non exclusive). Bluebirds and it's parking space is on a slope IMPORTANT: Kids Stay Free! Contact host before booking to receive this offer. Steep steps, open railings, high raised king bed (see photos), not suitable for young children . Children must be able to sleep in single bed. No room for travel cot. No high chair available. Someone will welcome you at our home and take you to Bluebirds and show you your parking space, accommodation, give a quick chat on what is available in the surrounding area. Your key will already be in the door, we will not enter your accommodation. We are in the area of countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a short drive from the popular seaside town of Hastings. Just 15 minutes drive to Rye, Hastings 5 minutes and Bodiam castle 25 minutes and many other wonderful places to visit not far away. The local train station, Three Oaks, is 25 minutes walk away.
