Large one bedroom apartment in newly built addition to a beautiful historic house. Only few minutes walk to downtown, many shops, restaurants, caffees and the lakefront. Vetta Nordic Spa 10-15 minutes away. We know that your health and safety is of paramount importance, and we take extreme measures to clean and disinfect the place as best as possible before every guest. Hundreds of guests enjoyed our place and if you read our revues, you will see that all of them are recommending us highly. The apartment is brand new, built and furnished to meet the highest standards, stainless steel appliances, washer and drier, Queen size bed and high end mattress. Despite being located on the main street, the apartment is facing the back yard with incredibly beautiful view and is very quiet. Large private balcony allows you to relax and watch the birds and the squirrels chasing each other on the beautiful pine tree in front of you. I think that it should be mentioned that not only we take cleaning and disinfecting the place very seriously, but also that each apartment is self contained and doesn't have any air exchange with the others. The heating is not by furnace and air ducts in which case the same air circulates everywhere in the house. The heating is by modern hot water aluminum radiators separately for each apartment . The cooling is also by AC for each individual unit. The guest can use entire apartment they have booked and the only shared space is the parking and the back yard. We live in an apartment in the same house and would be available to help the guests with any questions or needs to the best of our abilities. Being located in downtown Orillia there are lots of restaurants around, /Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Pubs, / cafes, grocery stores /Metro/ and pharmacies, library and even Opera house close-by. Bike and snowmobile trails, ice fishing in the winter and many other outdoor activities. In the summer there are festivals every weekend , nice beaches, or you can go fishing or boating.If you want to play golf, 5-10 minutes away there is public access , 18 holes golf course - the Braestone club, with very nice amazing restaurant serving delicious food-Thektchn. Or even just to come here to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city and to breathe fresh air and rest.. The house is located on the main street, easy to get to driving or walking, there is bus station four houses away. Discount if booking is for longer stay.
