Take a break and immerse yourself in the heart of Pendle witch country. Our cosy cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the idyllic surrounding countryside and of course the famous Pendle Hill. After exploring the area you can visit one of the many eateries and country pubs such as Pendle Inn, Barley Mow and The Bay Horse Inn. The boutique shops, stylish bars and restaurants of Barrowford are only a short car journey away. Our beautiful cottage comprises of a cosy lounge with wood burning stove, sofa bed if required and Wi-Fi. This leads to a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/ small freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar. The kitchen backs onto a peaceful garden with lovely open outlook to the surrounding fields. The garden has ample seating and relaxation areas. To the first floor there is a three piece suite with a shower over the bath. A good sized bedroom with a triple wardrobe with drawers underneath and dressing table with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Parking on the road outside Thorneyholme square. Wonderful rural village location, with a great selection of country pubs which are easily accessible, why not try The Bay Horse Inn, The Pendle Inn or The Barley Mow. There's a lovely walk down the river to The Kabin on the car park at Barley which serves breakfasts and lunches etc. A six minute car drive away via Pasture Lane takes you to beautiful Barrowford with its park and river and selection of shops, bars and Restaurants, a Booths supermarket can be found here too. A visit to the Pendle Witch shop is a must, with the surrounding villages of Fence and Higham close by. There's walks in abundance, the mystic Pendle Hill being top of the list. There's so much to do you will be spoilt for choice! There's a bus stop right outside Thorneyholme Square, alternatively there plenty of parking in and around the village.
