The living room space is guests own space to use to relax and enjoy a little additional space to spread out. The space has two comfortable couches and work station. The work / living space is ideal for work from home. The large bedroom with double entry doors off bedroom looking out onto gorgeous designer garden One bathroom / laundry space shared washing machine. The cloths dryer is shared in request. Dual air conditioner is located in the guest bedroom. There is a light snacks preparation hub provided in the guest space equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee maker. There is a bbq shared by host Please Note : The guest space does not include a microwave oven. Guests are welcome to use the bbq and cook top located outdoors under veranda Please note there is no meals preparation permitted indoors in guest spaces Direct access to guest spaces are through private entry doors. The entry to guest spaces are located at the rear of the house. As a host I am available 24/7 to answer any questions or queries. There are great cafes and restaurants around Spotswood and South Kingsville an easy 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes and pubs There is a bus that runs past my place in the street it goes to Yarraville station every half an hour weekdays or hourly on weekends. The train is ten minutes walk along Hudson’s road. Host will transport guests to country trips or outings to venues on request. Guests can arrange with host. An example of outing or activity hiking, horse riding, galleries etc. There is a washing machine available in the guest bathroom. located in the guest bathroom, the washing machine is available for guests use. There is also a clothes dryer available on request. Please note : The washing machine and dryer are shared by guests and host.
