Ideal for workers, walking, running and canoeing. Access to river Leven. There’s a woodland walk close by and a longer, lovely walk around the perimeter of Ingleby Barwick. Close to Yarm, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Darlington. Taxi to Yarm £6. Nice cycling routes around area and walks. Nice local pubs and restaurants. Parking on gravel at the end of the driveway.
